Don't ever buy from this company. It is a scam they lie to you mislead you and change the story each time we talked to them. I've spoken to about 20 different reps from this company and the story changes each and every time. Then when you speak to quality... See Moreassurance they get mad at you like you are in the wrong. I hate this company. Please please please don't purchase from them it will save you a headache

Since nothing is lower than 1 star, I guess that is what they get. Everything I was told was a lie. I had had an upgraded package with Summer Bay whom apparently they now own. This was for a 2-bedroom condo in the actual resort. I... See Morewas called today with an offer to renew b/c my package had supposedly expired even though I had over $350 invested including initial offer with upgrade and one extension. I was guaranteed this was still in effect and that those accommodations would be honored in each of the additional locations. This confirmation was recorded with Brett. Initially I spoke with Austin, not that I think those are their real names.
I was hesitant to give them my credit card number but did so as I realize that to pay for the additional upgrade, I must secure it in that fashion. When I went to the website to check out the destinations, my email address would not work so I called their customer service number and spoke to Elizabeth who, in looking at the updated account, noted that they had not put in any email address, even though it is on the recorded message with Brett. (I see that another reviewer mentioned that their supposed "recorded" conversation had been edited on points she was questioning). She added it and I thanked her and began to check out the locations where we would stay. Contrary to what I had been told and had specifically asked about, there were regular and some substandard hotel locations, NOT the resorts themselves for lodging.
Over and over I was told that the ONLY charges at the resort would be for room service and long distance calls as amenities but the website indicated a $15/day charge in Fl and yet another approximate $15 resort tax per day. Neither of these were mentioned in our conversations. I had to pay Fl. sales tax already on the $149 for the upgrade package. Again, I had asked about these charges.
I called back to Elizabeth and asked her to check our package at which time she confirmed that we now had NO special accommodations and NO upgrades which had been confirmed on the taped message, only all the lousy hotels offered. Initially I was put on hold b/c she said she saw we were on the Summer Bay plan and she had to check. When I questioned her further, she said she would give me the number to the Quality Assurance dept. but connected me instead.
At Quality Assurance, I spoke with another girl who answered the phone. I asked for their number and she mentioned it was off the regular customer service number and you can't call it directly. I might add that I was told they were open 24/hours per day Mon-Friday and 9-12 on Sat. I see on the website that it is, in fact, 9-9 weekdays. I asked to speak to Yvette and she reaffirmed that we just had regular accommodations at which time I told her to put a stop on the card payment. She said she would send an Email to the sales office and she would refund my $165 to the card but it would take 5-7 days for it to be credited back. I told her this had been done even after hours today inside of 4 hours prior to this and I wanted it credited back immediately. She again told me of the time delay.
In speaking to my husband, a former officer of a large bank, he told me that is NOT the case. I had her speak to him as well.
I am now VERY nervous that these crooks have my credit card number and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to shut down these liars.
I told every agent with whom I spoke that I expect a call from their supervisor - a real one- tomorrow afternoon.
Do NOT deal with these people. They are full of deceit.

First of all I need to say that the place I was staying with my family was nice and service was friendly. We stayed at Summer Bay resort near Orlando.
But on the other hand the salesperson who contacted me from Best Vacations ever was straight up misleading and dishonest. After... See Morehis initial sales speech I told him I was not interested. Reason was that in the package he was offering two tickets to Disney. Instead of trying other honest ways of persuasion he changed his spill and told me we would get four tickets, one for each family member. I was hesitating so he kept confirming that now my package included four tickets. I finally agreed purchasing vacation package from Best Vacations Ever.
When I had to listen recording it said I was getting only two tickets. I interrupted the recording and told the sales person that I was not interested in that case. Again he stopped the recording and assured me that I was going to get four tickets. I just needed to do the recording as it was, since he could not change that part of the sales representation.
Needless to say they had only two tickets reserved for us when the time came to receive tickets. Also the original recording that I interrupted was nowhere to be found.
This was just reminder for me and anyone who needs it, that there are some salespeople who do not hesitate misleading people. And Best Vacations Ever seems to like hiring them to ensure their sales.
